What will you do?
As a Customer Service Representative at one.com, your main job is to assist and guide our customers in using our products and services via chat, email and phone. In this position there are also opportunities to take on additional responsibilities such as translation, product specialization, testing, training or other areas you find interesting and would like to develop.
This is a Full-time position for 40 hours per week. You will work a schedule between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm and in addition you will work occasional weekends.
Who are we looking for?
You are fluent in French and English;
You are customer-oriented, customer-friendly and go the extra mile for our customers;
You want to learn more about websites, webhosting and customer service or expand your existing knowledge in this area;
You want to work in a fun, multicultural environment with great colleagues.
Preferably you have experience in Customer Service and would like to learn more about web hosting, websites and domains. However, we are looking for talent and you will receive extensive training in the first period of your employment. Most important are your communication skills and your willingness to learn and develop yourself.
